Challenge

Set in Victoria Quarter and moments from everything office workers find important these days, sits 34 Sales Street. A redevelopment of an ageing commercial address, set for a bang-up-to-date re-articulation that will take this tired 80’s building into the 21st century and beyond. Owner and developer Russell Property Group came to Voice to create a sense of excitement and help secure a tenant for this aspirational address.

With only 10 days from ideation to delivery of printed collateral, Voice hit the ground running to understand what made this building different from the rest and turn insights into powerful collateral to engage the client’s target. 

Promises of budgets and timeframes intact, the eleventh day of the project saw the 34 Sale Street collateral appear in the Russell Property Group boardroom with at least potential tenants.
