A brand build on an enviable heritage and history, New Zealand Couriers wanted to ensure new recruits understood where the business had come from, how that informed who they were today and what values and behaviours were need to push the organisation into the future.

A complicated internal brand platform needed to be simplified, rationalised and brought together into an engaging, easy to digest communication piece, with a strategic lean. Voice went to work bringing all the components together, creating an overarching story of the New Zealand Couriers brand that could be read and enjoyed by those on shop, through to the top floor.
