A long-term client, Voice has worked with a number of Southpark brands, helping them to navigate and optimise the condition of the Auckland property market.
Client and agency embarked on a refresh of the advertising campaign to showcase the essence of the coastal resort style development. Sharp, tactical messaging was created to keep buyers intrigued and compelled to come see and feel the master-planned development for themselves. The visuals were revitalised using evocative representations of the park-side location, relaxed lifestyle and active people.
Driven by the need to keep learning and evolving, Voice used ongoing feedback to refine and energise the advertising, while keeping it firmly rooted in the spirit of a development designed for a lifestyle like no other.
