Kensington Park, a substantial development north of Auckland was going through a phase of revitalisation. With new owners, Southpark Corporation at the helm the decision was made to refresh the brand and inject some well-needed energy into the property. Located in an area popular with retirees, client and agency knew the opportunity for the brand was to attract younger buyers, looking to escape the heated market in Central Auckland. A new brand position communicating the benefits was developed and expressed via traditional and new media means. The result, a flurry of activity and sales, a renewed vigour from sales people and increased awareness among Auckland’s home buyers.
