Launched in December 2014, Market Cove was set to change the concept of housing in New Zealand. A development of over 1200 homes with a social conscience, Market Cove’s mandate was to create opportunities for all Kiwis to own their slice of the dream. Voice’s role – ensure the development communicated this stunning vision, attracted government, community and buyers attention through compelling brand and marketing practices.
Southpark Corporation’s newest development needed strong thought to realise its full potential. Cultural and environmental awareness, interest from community groups, Iwi and government meant this development had to lead the charge in property branding.
Voice started from a strategic base building a brand that would lift the development beyond the limitations of its South Auckland address, yet ensuring the rich feel of the area was incorporated into the brand somehow – in an aspirational and compelling way to create authenticity.
This Market Cove development is a ‘work in progress’ and is set to break ground in early 2015.
