How to help an iconic New Zealand brand celebrate 50 years of success, in a way that is relevant and meaningful to staff and customers? Voice understood the nuances required to pitch towards a more benefit driven conversation. Rather than being about ‘harking back’ or a history of experience and ‘time in the saddle’, agency and client worked to make the campaign about learnings from the past used to propel the brand into the future.

What ensued was a thought-through internal campaign, communicating inclusion, pride and customer-centricity, followed by an external messages that pushed customer relevance and advantage from being in partnership with New Zealand’s most experienced courier company.

Developed assets included staff takeaways, communications tools, sales collateral updates and vehicle livery.
