How to take a new courier product – a reverse logistics express pack – develop a benefit-driven name, an engaging look and feel and help with the final designs and functionality of the pack? New Zealand Couriers and Voice put their heads together to surge a way forward.

A new courier pack with an uncomplicated benefit, the ability for it to return to you, needed an uncomplicated name, pack creative and functionality. Voice and client chose Loop as the name, and due to its green production credentials, chose a green/red colour scheme over a recycled cardboard substrate. The largest challenge – to ensure the pack instructions, initially slightly complicated, for recipient was easy to understand, use and return intact.

Loop Pack has been in market for a few years now and is a functional, successful product for the client.

This work completed a full range of 10 courier express pack designs, ranging in size, substrate and functionality.
