Powerhouse pair Barfoot & Thompson and Equinox Group came together on the Orakei Bay Village – set in Auckland’s Orakei basin, a distinctive, best of breed development, 5 minutes commute from the CBD. Voice’s role – to develop the digital communications for the brand to ensure Orakei Bay Village squarely faced its largest opportunity.
Orakei Bay Village was a development that spoke to Auckland’s well heeled – mature, wealthy, expectant. The design dichotomy of being contemporary, yet classical was the projects main consideration – inspiring empty nesters to leave their large Auckland homes and move to smaller apartments.
Voice’s role here was to ensure the brand and its visual identity transferred successfully across to digital. For property developments, ‘content is king’ so thought was given to the creation of high quality content that buyers would enjoy and compel them to enquire further.
Grids of large images, beautiful renders, graphics and maps ensured the development looked finished and considered, even though developers hadn’t yet broken ground.
Normal up-to-the-minute technologies were included in the build; mobile device responsiveness, basic SEO, intuitive CMS and blog
