Gravitas New Zealand help some of New Zealand’s highest performing organisations and leaders to grow capability and optimise performance. Over many years of coaching high performing people, Gravitas had developed a methodology/mechanism that helped people with 'achievement thinking’ - the ability to focus on specific activities to achieve a goal. They had called this tool the Destinator and they wanted Voice to turn the product into an APP in a way that encapsulated what the Destinator stood for; powerful thinking, intuition, productivity and value.
In order to do this, Voice carefully tracked the user's journey through the Destinator process and decision points and, working with digital partners, transferred this data into a contemporary, stunning UX. Destinator is a work in progress and is presently undergoing group testing and phase two build.
