Our recommendation was as follows: Create an integrated on/offline collateral strategy that clearly differentiated the residential property development and, in this case, positioned the property to compete head on in Auckland’s leafy, upmarket Parnell. To help the campaign succeed were strong emotive renders, well chosen words, contemporary graphics and a firm tie between offline (property brochure) and online (website) collateral. At date of publication (2014), after only three weeks on the market, One Three had sold 25% of its available stock.
