APM, a property management business based in Auckland, has built its reputation on professionalism and exceptional customer care. Recently acquired in 2023 by a group of passionate entrepreneurs, APM embarked on a journey of refinement and growth, aiming to refine its brand and expand its reach.
Recognising the potential for development, APM turned to Voice for assistance in reshaping its brand and identity. While APM was already foundationally strong, Voice identified opportunities for strategic adjustments to enhance its market position. Through refinement, APM could resonate deeper with its target audience and capitalise on its unique story. As one of the few specialists in property management, APM distinguished itself in a competitive marketplace filled with generalist brands. The challenge was to craft a brand narrative that directly appealed to property owners, portraying APM as a dedicated advocate and problem solver for those who invested in property. With 30 years of experience in the industry, APM’s history and expertise were invaluable assets that needed to be front and centre in market positioning.

Strategic repositioning entailed shifting the brand’s focus from being purely Auckland-centric to becoming a premier choice for property owners across Auckland and beyond. The refined brand strategy was developed to address property owners’ key concerns and aspirations, establishing APM as their go-to partner.
From a design perspective, the project included the creation of a new logo and visual identity that authentically represents APM’s core values. Voice also developed a fresh campaign and messaging framework to better connect with the target audience. Additionally, APM’s marketing collateral underwent a comprehensive reorganisation to reflect the new brand identity, ensuring consistency and clarity across crucial collateral. APM’s collaboration with Voice has paved the way for a renewed, impactful brand that honours its rich heritage and positions it for future growth in the property management landscape.
