We start by gathering market insights that empower decision-makers to make critical calls to change their business for the better. Defining brand purpose empowers leadership, shapes strategic decision-making and motivates team members. We employ a mix of research methodologies – desktop research, competitor analysis and stakeholder interviews.

We identify different positioning and brand architecture scenarios that help define a distinctive and unique point of difference. We also explore naming, define brand purpose, values and personality.

Voice conducted an in-depth discovery across the business, markets and stakeholders gaining an understanding the challenges and opportunities for the business. Creating the brand insight; "Redefining the value of fibre”.

Southern Cross

Southern Cross recognised they were missing the opportunity to leverage a common story that would allow them to respond to market opportunities via a united master brand - inspiring Kiwis to advance their health and wellbeing.

Identity

Great brands talk to people. Language, visual and verbal, is what transforms a product or service into a well-crafted brand with a deep story.

We create influential, enduring solutions expressed within a clear visual identity system which cut through the noise to help brands be distinctive from their competitors. 

We help develop a unique tone of voice that conveys the personality needed to influence, engage and hold the attention of target audiences. Brand guidelines and brand management tools provide a framework to consistently manage and develop the visual identity.

Music up close

The development of a dual brand for Chamber Music New Zealand (CMNZ) was part of the creative partnership with CMNZ. While CMNZ remains the presenting organisation, Music Up Close and Puoro Taupiri were developed as the new consumer-facing sister brands used to engage audiences.

Endless Metals

The business of scrap metals is not normally one focussed strongly on brand. It is a business of contacts and distribution know-how - finding metal waste locally, processing it and selling it for value on international markets.

Activation

Great brands are powered by what others remember. A brand’s goodwill and its strength is the accumulation of all the experiences associated with it.

From brand experience to wayfinding, annual reports and shareholder communications, websites to packaging, retail environments to internal and customer communications, brand films and animation – we develop collateral across all brand touch points.

We take you public with brand campaigns that tell the world more about you. We develop inspiring internal brand strategies to help you maximise employee relationships, aiding staff retention and driving future business success. 

Property Brokers

Property Brokers is one of New Zealand’s larger real estate businesses with 40 branches nationwide, servicing residential, property management, commercial and commercial compliance needs. Early in 2018 Property Brokers approached Voice to help them reinvigorate their brand, fix issues with digital brand expression and offer the business an image makeover, in a highly image conscious industry.

Frucor Suntory

Australasian focused Frucor has been part of the Suntory Group - an innovative, global food and drinks business - since 2009 and wanted to take the Suntory name to acknowledge the relationship and better reflect the strength of both companies in the region.
