O-I are New Zealand’s largest makers of glass jars, bottles and containers. A strongly capable company with a long service heritage in the New Zealand market, yet decidedly quiet about their achievements, O-I came to Voice to help revitalise their website and turn their digital presence into a successful sales and promotional tool.
With vigorous recycling and sustainability programmes as a key part of the way they do business, Voice saw the opportunity for O-I New Zealand to not only develop a strong web presence but to magnify their capabilities in the sustainability area through brand – backfilling the global O-I story with messages of Kiwi resourcefulness and innovation for the local market.
Initially, Voice developed key messages that sat across the top of the brand then drilled down to create strong, relevant content for website navigation and, potentially, social platforms and B2B promotional materials later in the future. The outcome for the client was powerful, good messaging clearly articulated on an up-to-the-minute website with all the ‘out of the box’ functionality you would expect.
