A project team of Unitec faculty and students, PWC, NZTE, the New Zealand Brewers Guild and Voice: a collective of brains brought to bear on a project and brief developed by bottle maker, O-I New Zealand.
The brief; develop a bottle that would take New Zealand craft beer to the Asia markets. Voice’s role in the team was to mentor design students to ensure the end result was customer focussed, that Asian customs and cultures were woven into the fabric of the bottle, that brand New Zealand was present and that the communications that surrounded the bottle did the same.
This project was completed in July 2015, yet we believe the Provider will become the bottle that takes Australasian craft beer to the biggest beer drinking markets in the world.
