John Crawford ‘On the Street’
‘On the Street’ was a three year labour of love by Auckland photographer John Crawford. This compelling series of work, held at Gow Langsford Gallery portrayed Auckland’s homeless in stark, black and white reality, supported by their stories of hardship and struggle.
As a sponsorship partner, Voice worked closely with Crawford to create powerful exhibition and advertising collateral to drive engagement and visitation.
The two-day exhibition saw more than 3,000 people visit and over $85,000.00 of artwork sold. All proceeds from the exhibition were donated directly to the Auckland City Mission.
